The arrests come after a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.
A three-year-old girl was among the injured during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for treatment and were later released.
Police arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault near the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.
Authorities were called at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people hurt by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.
The attack - an event that authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
